I'm a Logistics Management graduate of Shenzhen Technology University (June 2026), with proven hands-on experience managing vendors, coordinating cross-city events, and building operational SOPs. My internships ranged from managing 20+ vendors for major IP events at Xiaohongshu to coordinating large-scale youth campaigns simultaneously across multiple city districts. Today, as a Logistics Operator at Trans American Inc., I apply that same operational rigour to international freight forwarding, coordinating FTL last-mile container deliveries across the US from port pickup to final handover.
Six months as an exchange student at DHBW Stuttgart gave me more than academic credits. It gave me the confidence to navigate foreign environments, a deep understanding of German business precision, and the ability to build trust in English under information asymmetry. For companies bridging China and Europe, I bring both worlds to the table as a direct cultural connection.
Beyond operations, I served as Student Union President, leading a 24-person team and cutting retrospective cycles from 3 days to under 24 hours by introducing visual workflow management. I also create visual content and photography, a creative eye that helps me communicate ideas across cultural and language barriers.

Work Experience
Professional Journey
Trans American is a freight forwarder specialising in FTL last-mile container delivery across the entire US and the Mexican and Canadian borders. I personally handle 80–100 completed container orders a month, mainly standard and overweight containers plus hazmat, reefer, oversized loads, box trucks, and transloading to flatbed.
I track containers via carrier and rail-terminal portals in a closed-loop Excel tracking table from port pickup to final handover, and keep clients in China updated on documentation, customs clearance, and delivery appointments in coordination with customs brokers and terminals.
In daily email contact with US trucking companies I relay changes in real time to secure same-day delivery or the next feasible slot, settle ad-hoc surcharges, and secure on-site evidence and e-receipts whenever exceptions occur, keeping clients informed of cause and outcome. I handle client inquiries, source local carriers, dispatch by urgency, capacity, and cost, and support cost control through bill verification, E-system entry, and tax-invoice processing.
To tame the company's flood of unstructured quotation emails, I initiated an automation based on a DeepSeek LLM: I defined the requirements and business logic, had it implemented in collaboration with a software developer, and tested and refined it over several iterations until it reliably filtered invalid mails, extracted all valid quote data with 97% needing no manual verification, and compiled a comparison overview of past quotations, which now serves as a reference in the company's day-to-day quoting.
Six-month academic exchange focusing on cross-cultural negotiation, delivery management, and global supply chain quality and cost control. Developed strong adaptability in a fully foreign-language environment, confidently extracting key information and building trust relationships in English under information asymmetry. Gained first-hand insight into German business culture, precision standards, and professional communication styles valued in European industry.
Managed 20+ vendors and individual partners for large-scale city IP events in Changsha (5,000+ daily visitors). Under high-pressure conditions with last-minute delays and frequent plan revisions, coordinated full information alignment and re-allocated resources within 48 hours, achieving 100% core resource retention and preventing potential five-figure contract breach losses. Monitored supply chain and budget execution in real time; launched emergency response protocols ensuring zero service interruptions for 800+ daily mobile visitors. Optimised on-site crowd flow and resolved issues first-hand during live events.
Led a management team of 24 (3 core officers + 21 members) across 5 functional departments, delivering 20+ campus-level events and competitions. Introduced visual workflow boards for project management, improving cross-department coordination efficiency by 15% and cutting post-event retrospective cycles from 3 days to under 24 hours. The faculty student union ranked 2nd best in the university-wide excellence evaluation.
Assisted the full-time mentor in end-to-end coordination of Shenzhen's 'YES GO' campaign, building and executing SOPs from contract approval through material delivery to venue setup.
